According to local information, Stone County MO single family homes sales last month total was down again to just 15 single family, built on site, homes with the highest priced one selling for $665,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $31,500. That is not good news for home sellers in the Table Rock Lake area.  The medium price of those homes sold was down to $140,000.  The only good news is  only 3 were sold as short-sales and foreclousres.   Major areas covered by this report are Branson, Branson West, Cape Fair, Crane, Hurley, Kimberling City, Lampe, Galena, Shell Knob … (0 comments)

According to our local information sources, Stone County MO single family homes sales last month total was down again to just 25 single family, built on site homes with the highest priced one selling for $599,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $40,000. That is not good news for home sellers in the Table Rock Lake area.  The other news is the medium price of homes sold was back down to $165,000.  But the good news is only 10 were short-sales and foreclousres whereas last month half of them were foreclosures or short sales.  This decreased influence from short-sale and … (0 comments)

According to our local information sources, Stone County MO single family homes sales last month total was down again to just 27 single family, built on site homes with the highest priced one selling for $1,200,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $68,000. According to the latest statistics, Stone County MO single family homes sales last month total was 12 built on site  homes sold.  The highest priced one sold for $1,184,000 and the lowest priced one sold for only $22,900.  The medium price averaged about $155,000 which is an increase.    
There was one condo that closed escrow last month and they sold it for $149,000.  This really is not good news for the Stone County and Table Rock Lake Condo Real Estate Market.

Weather you have been getting rained on or not, spring weather brings some beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Missouri has been one of the newsmakers lately because of the large amounts of rain we have been getting, but that is also one of the great things about the Ozarks, we can handle it. Our beautiful green hills and hollers move the water right on down to Table Rock Lake and cleans our fisheries so efficiently that it is only a matter of a few days before you can hardly tell we have received a foot of rain.
