I watched a financial expert on tv, while waiting for my wife to get ready for church, who stated that the only factor keeping our strong economy from recovery is the "lagging real estate market" and I was absolutely dumbfounded. The whole economy, banking, manufacturing, transportation, commodities, and all the others are waiting for us to get their confidence back? Suddenly I found a new reason to be more motivated than ever to get people to take advantage of the low interest rates and invest in real estate while the market is as good as it is going to be.
