I happen to be one of the lucky people that not only have a real estate business but my wife and I also have a photography business. I try to promote Image Creations as much as possible with my real estate business, it also comes in very handy when I need photos taken of my listings or for business cards.. I have noticed a couple of Realtors in my area are sending feedback through email after you show their properties. I really like it and think it is a great way to give and receive feedback. So many agents here show your homes and you never hear from them again even after they said they would call back and give feedback. I was just curious if anyone has any good suggestions on a feedback program, the ones I have looked at are around $20 a month and to me that is kind of expensive especially when you factor in all the other $$$ … (11 comments)

I have a contact who is interested in trying to find a lease option in my area. Coming from a tourist town, lease options are pretty popular in her area. The problem is they are not popular in my area. She is not gonna work for the first year she is here so they are not going to be able to afford what they otherwise could.
