With the ever changing mortgage industry, FHA loans are becoming more popular than ever. One thing that most people are not aware of is that there are loan limit caps set by the Federal Housing Amdinistration (FHA). What this means is the loan amount can not go over the cap amount that has been approved for that area. Depending on what area of the country you are looking to buy in, the loan limit cap is set for that county. We finally did it! Interlinc Mortgagejust made the move from the country town of Celina to the BIG City of Frisco, Texas. The population of Celina is around 4000 and Frisco topped 100,000 a few years ago. Frisco has ranked as one of the fastest growing cities in the country along with being in Collin County which also is named for being one of the fastest growing counties in the country. Frisco also was just recently named as being the best place to raise an athlete based on Men's Journal article. As you can see so many things are going on in Frisco and so (10 comments)
