The Cork House is one of my favorite places to go for dinner and drinks.  The place is very laid back and hip.  I enjoy going to the Cork House mostly in the summers.  They have a patio to die for, with a large water fountain, Christmas lights all around, grape vines along the fence and huge trees for shade.  The wine list is very extensive (http://www.corkhousedenver.com/wineglass.pdf) , sure to please all, and the tapas ( which means small plates )  are all fab as a meal or to share.  The restaurant is located on Colfax between Monaco and Colorado.  The … (1 comments)
