The 2010 Catonsville Fourth of July Annual Parade was even more Patriotic and extravagant than previous years. Most in part to the milestone in years for Catonsville. Catonsville celebrates 200 years. Although the local weather forecast predicted a comfortable 88 degrees, it was instead a very sweaty and sticky 90+ degrees, but no hotter than usual. The entire day was actually on July 3rd. The reason why the change was made was reported in the "Catonsville Times". "With Independence Day falling on a Sunday and to keep from blocking roads and upsetting area churchgoers, the annual holiday festivities will be held on Saturday." … (4 comments)
