Although inventory of homes for sale across Northern VA has risen in the last 2 months, we are still at a very low 2 months supply. Chantilly Highlands has historically sold much faster than both the NOVA and Fairfax County averages.

What has been happening with Reston home prices in zip code 20194 over the last 5 years? How are they doing now in the summer of 2013?
How many days does it take to get a contract on homes for sale here?
The graph of median home prices below is very erratic for 2 reasons: 20194 is a small zip code with relatively light sales volume and the prices are for all types of property....apartment style condos as well as townhouses and single family homes.

in real estate photography, we all strive for crisp, sharp in focus well lit images. When you are attempting creativity with your camera, having everything in clear focus is not always the goal. In this photo I wanted the flower which was 6 feet away to be in focus, but I wanted the tree to just be a dark shape to add some structure and composition to the photo.
You may have heard of F stops when folks talk about photography...what they are discussing is "depth of field" or how far into the photo clear sharp focus … (5 comments)
