The bad news is that Michigan in particular, has a lot of homes that are either going into foreclosure or are (0 comments)
michigan housing market: The Market Is What It Is...

As a Realtor, we stay current with market trends and hope to avoid the pitfalls. Since we don't have a crystal ball, it can be hard to (1 comments)

How's the market? That's the top question Realtors get all the time. Every month, I send out a newsletter which shows the market statistics for the entire board in relationship to last year. The Grand Rapids Association of Realtors board, more commonly referred to as GRAR contains listings from Kent, Ottawa, Kalamazoo, Allegan, Muskegon, Newaygo, Montcalm, Ionia and Barry County. The highest percentage of listings are from the Kent and Ottawa County but the report does include the whole spectrum. michigan housing market: Is It Your Season? - Tidbits from Tammy
- 04/20/07 01:34 AM
Are you where you want to be? I mean in life. I find that as I get older, I'm constantly asking that question, "Where do I want to be or what do I hope to accomplish?" Is this season the time that you change careers, become successful in finally losing the weight you wanted to lose, or is it time for you to invest in the possibility (0 comments)
