advice: Missing chandelier

I had an interesting mishap today at one of my showings. The first stop we showed a home and 3 hours later I get a call from the listing agent asking if I remember seeing a chandelier in the front room. I remember seeing a ladder but no chandelier. I talked with my buyer's and they specifically remember seeing wires only and no chandelier. Luckily, they took pictures of the home and we have evidence that there was no chandelier.
