Let me start by saying I am not a writer, so please forgive me if my grammar is not top notch. However I feel that many people can relate to the story you will read below. I am grateful to be in such an amazing industry and figured I would share some of the speed bumps I have hit along the way and how I got started and over came them. real estate blog: Obama to reduce PMI on FHA loans - 01/07/15 03:49 AM
President Barack Obama is in transit to Phoenix AZ right now. Tomorrow morning, here in phx, he will announce that FHA will reduce their monthly PMI factor from 1.35% to 0.85%. THIS IS A BIG DEAL!!!
·         Currently, on a $200,000 loan amount the PMI for an FHA loan is $225 a month (boooo!)
·         With this change PMI on a $200,000 for FHA would go to $142 a month (hooray!!!)
 
It is not yet known when this change will happen, but some say it will take place sometime this summer.

Many of our readers are friends, family, or close acquaintances. Some might assume that those relationships alone are reason enough to allow us to represent you in your real estate transactions. Having two listings in the Ironwood Crossing San Tan Valley subdivision has lead me to many conversations on the same subject. And that is, should a buyer go with a new build or a re-sale in Ironwood Crossing Subdivision? Every individuals situation is different but, from a dollars to dollars stand point, it is my opinion that a re-sale in this community is a much better value.
