On Mondays the Keller Williams Central office will often host a lunch and learn program for local agents. Last Monday we had a special treat when Activerain's home stager, Karen Otto came in to offer us a look at home staging, 101.

Come January though the activity really picked up and we had more than our fair share of showings. Feedback was positive yet there always seemed to be some something that we could not get an offer.
