I received lots of response and even several phone calls from my comments about Advanced Access Customer Service Department. Seems like a lot of people are in my same position I was contacted by Ryan Smith from Advanced Access. He was terrific. He helped me with the issues I was having and really listened. Hopefully the problems with customer service will be addressed. I suggest that anyone who really needs help and gets treated badly to contact him. He seems to be genuinely concerned and actively working to fix things. I'm going to take a "wait and see" approach, to see if (1 comments)
