Here is the most recent Chandler AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for December 2021: For the third month in a row, the average sales price of Chandler homes increased from $565,943 in November to $599,992 for December. This is now a new all-time high, beating out the average sales price reached in July of this year of $569,492. The average sales price per square foot has increased or remained the same for 19 straight months and is now at $278/sf for December. This is a $63/sf increase from the $215/sf in December 2020.
