Here is the most recent Scottsdale AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for July 2022: After Scottsdale's average sales price reached a new all-time high of $1,499,941 last month, the average sales price dropped back down to $1,397,356 in July.
At the same time, the average sold price per square foot for Scottsdale homes decreased for the second time since November of 2021 and has gone from $483/sf in May to $468/sf in July. The average sold price per square foot in Scottsdale has increased or remained the same in 22 out of the last 25 months.
