It's called Murphy's law sometimes.......but here is another reason to have your furnace serviced each year to keep it in tip top shape..... Depending on the type of furnace you have you may encounter issues with water dripping both inside the furnace and onto the surface below causing floor issues. Sometimes the condenser freezes, the line to the condenser becomes plugged or the fittings somehow loosen. I went in to change my filter today.
