Bellingham didn't do as well as Whatcom County, with both the number of sales and price both taking a sight slide, from last year at this time and from last month. With the inventory pretty low for this time of year and interest rates really low it will be anybody's guess where we are headed. I'm predicting a slight increase in price for June. It will be interesting to see where the prices and chart go in the next few months leading up to election day. … (1 comments)
