All I know is that in the last few months, we've noticed that banks are most willing to stop the foreclosure date if they have a contract on hand.

Dear Dwight, no one can tell you what banks will accept until they have an offer in their hands. It is true that some investors have given asset managers a percentage of what they wil accept in a short sale. . but that percentage is a highly guarded secret.
