Home Sales Market Report for Wylie Texas November 2013 Comparing sales with November 2012, I am seeing some significant changes in the home sales market for Wylie, Texas in November 2013. I am sure this report is an indication of changes for all of North Texas. Fewer Listings Median Sales Price Increases Lower Days on Market Lower Supply Lower Closed Sales As indicated on the chart below the median home sales price had a 20.9% increase in sales price.
