veterans: New real estate tax exemptions for Veterans and people with Disabilities

Starting 2008 there are three new real estate tax exemption for home owners in the state of Illinois. The first two have to deal with Veterans with Disabilities or there spouses. The third new exemption has to do with people with Disabilities. I understand this new exemption very well. In 1989 I was diagnosed with a form of Muscular Dystrophy and have had to wear leg braces on both of my legs in order to walk without falling.
