Interpreting The Data February of 2010 marked the bottom of median price and available inventory. The market has been trending up as it pertains to both median price and inventory. However, the median price has seemed to stabalize and dip ever so slightly since July. Is Now The Right Time To Buy? Interest Rates are the lowest they have been in a very long time. Inventory is up.
