update: What's Going on with the market? also Halloween Events in 2018 - 10/13/18 05:36 PM
Family, Friends & Clients,
This past year has brought many significant changes to our local real estate market. Interest rates have risen by nearly 1% as the Dow Jones Industrial Average has risen by as much as 3,800 points. Unemployment has dropped to as low as 3.7% and home prices in many areas are up as much as 10%.

The idea of this blog is to communicate the current state of real estate and home sales and listing information as it relates to residents of Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus, Castaic, Newhall, Canyon Country, the Santa Clarita Valley and Santa Clarita, California. This information will help people in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County and the state of California to see how homes and real estate is progressing in one of Southern California's premier communities!
