neewbie: ThanK You For Active Rain

This is my first post. I've been reading a lot of the posts on the Blogs and am glad that I joined Active Rain. I've read so much valuable information here. I've only been a Realtor for a li'l nigh (texas drawl) over a year. I have dealt specifically with buyers but now feel it's time I work with sellers also. I've learned so much valuable information here that I feel that I can succeed in real estate although the market is down.
