When I first started selling Real Estate in Omaha I had set a goal to become "Rookie of the Year". It was not an option to be anything less. The first week I was in real estate I was asked to hold an open house for another agent. I never expected to do anything but sell that house. I didn't realize how the real estate world really worked.
