This is the question that was posed to me as I was carrying a folder, box of magnets, day planner, lap top and a For Sale sign.  I was walking into Smithfield Selma Sr High school in Smithfield NC for the annual Johnston County Teacher Job Fair.  This is a regular occurrence for our office.  So why was I there?
Simple.  My husband is a teacher and I support teachers.  What can a real estate agent do for a teacher?  Well I have incorporated a few things into by business profile.  Here are just a few:

This made me laugh so hard.  Then I put in my RSVP.  I'm going to learn how to network to the "Good Ol' Boy Club".  Considering I'm a young female from Southern California with blond hair, blue eyes and occasionally say "Dude", I figured I could use all the help I could get.  Yes, this Club exists.  I moved to Johnston County NC where you pass cows on the way to the Piggy Wiggley or Smithfields BBQ.  But funny thing is, that's why I love it so much.  These southern folk know a bit 'bout family virtues and good 'ol southern … (5 comments)

Finally, a one stop shop for jobs in the area you already know you want to be in.  After Jason Pedley, a freelance copywriter, relocated to Clayton from Connecticut, he did what he does best-write.  Jason named his blog Relocate Clayton.  Now he has teamed up with Simply Hired and Job-a-Matic to post relevant job openings in Johnston County.  The NC Johnston County Job Board allows employers to post their openings in Smithfield NC, Garner NC, Willow Spring NC, Clayton NC, Selma NC, Benson NC, Four Oaks NC and the surrounding area for an introductory rate.
