The sale of a property I was representing in the Harrison Park subdivision of Omaha at 6768 S 187 Ave closed, and the buyer was represented by Beth Lube.
It takes more than comprehensive marketing and outstanding service to sell a home. It also requires a competent agent on the other side of the sale.

The sale of a property I was representing in the Nelsons Creek subdivision of Omaha at 14709 Erskine St closed and the buyer was represented by Kim Gehrman. Working with a good agent makes my job much easier. Selling real estate is time consuming, but working with good agents makes transactions easier. Kim made this an easy sale and I hope we can do business again.

The sale of a property I was representing in the Bellewood subdivision of Elkhorn at 1702 N 206 St. closed and the buyer was represented by Dan Cheuvront. Working with a good agent makes my job much easier. Dan did a great job and made the sale very smooth. This was the first sale I have done with Dan but hopefully not the last.

It is time consuming selling over 50 homes a year, but having a good agent on the other side of a sale makes closing a deal much easier. Beth wrote an offer on a property I was representing at 8722 S 100 St in Val Verde and the sale just closed. Selling a home takes not just comprehensive marketing and outstanding service but also a capable agent on the other side of the transaction. Beth did an excellent job.
