rising interest rates: A Quote Worth Sharing

A thought for the day, on rising interest rates and the "Chicken Little-like" conversation I heard this morning: Regardless of where interest rates are today or, in my humble opinion, where they will be for the rest of this year (and probably well beyond), buying real estate is a wize investment. A home purchase is still over 40% cheaper than renting here in Arizona. I would imagine it to be the same in most communities across the country.
