I have seen it for years. The weather gets nice and people buy houses. It's obvious that people enjoy the sunny blue skys and clear 80 degree days. I am no exception. Being from Nashville, I appreciate the pleasant days and respect the heat in June, July and August and September and October. I enjoy the warm days. Wouldn't change it.
