The real estate market has closed strong for St.Tammany Parish. Home sales for Mandeville and Covington have recieved positive results to the point of highlighted media. We are seeing more and more bond for deeds. I just received this week's pre-foreclosure list. 22 homes faced with foreclosure. Many of these people can still buy homes through a bond for deed. Typically there is no credit check with a bond for deed or owner financing.
