Picnik Isn’t Gone It’s Just Morphed Into A Frog- Ribbet.Most of you remember the Picnik photo editing program and were devastated as I was at it’s loss when Google bought it and closed it. I’ve posted about this before but I’m still finding a lot of people who don’t realize that Picnik isn’t gone; it’s just morphed into a frog.
One of the best photo-editing programs out there is free for you and me. It’s Ribbet (at Ribbet.com). It has all the features of Picnik (because it is Picnik) and since Picnik’s demise, Ribbet has added some new ones.

Ribbet, Ribbet Can You Say Picnik ... Ribbet Ribbet.com is finally up and running and it’s as good as Picnik. In fact, it’s exactly as Picnik was only works a little faster and smoother. Right now you can join for free, but like Picnik there will be a yearly charge to be a professional member. They haven’t talked about the charge yet.I loved the photo editing program Picnik for the ease of making collages, editing photos, and adding text and frames. Ribbet is just as easy. It still takes almost as long to open as Picnik did with silly sayings … (22 comments)
