This week we will be staging two entirely different looking home styles, in different areas of Houston. They are different price points, and have different demographics. That's what we do when staging, it's not a one size fits all type of thing. Each home albeit may look somewhat the same in developments, but the demographics and price points can be $1000's of dollars more or less depending on the location in or around Houston. Some people absolutely can! But it's not recommended. Why, because they may get the premise, but they may not understand the process behind it. Alot of factors go into staging a home, demographics, market trends, psychology and much more, not to mention the actual staging process.
