ANSWER: Range does not have properly installed anti-tip device. Funny thing about anti-tipping devices, simply having one doesn't quite do the trick. In this photo taken during a home inspection by U.S. Inspect North Carolina Inspector, Paul Tooley, you can see the homeowner's anti-tipping device safety stowed in the oven drawer. This occurrence is, unfortunately, extremely common and our inspectors see it all the time. The good news is it's extremely easy to remedy.
