What does a market report mean to me as a seller in Plano, TX?
Or it could be Allen TX, Frisco TX, McKinney TX, Little Elm TX, Rockwall TX?
 
I enjoy statistics, data, and what that information can do for me. But I also understand that not everyone is like me. Some might see a graph or chart and wonder “Why do I need to know this?” Or “What am I going to do with this?”

Those from up north may think that this is ‘much ado about nothing.’
In reality, the problem is that since we don’t get these cold spells in Texas often, an especially lengthy blast of cold – or repeated cold like we have had – can cause damage to your home.

The pipes in your home are accustomed to above-freezing temperatures, with occasional dips below-freezing. This gives time for pipes to warm back up again. With this particularly series of Arctic winds, our homes are taking more of a beating than they are used to.
