There are three ways or times you can buy bank foreclosures. Buying from the owner before the foreclosure happens. Buying at the court house steps. Buying after the bank has taken the property back. First- Buying from the owner. This could be the safest or less risky way to buy, but probably not the cheapest way! Second- Buying at the court house steps. This could be the best buys, but probably not the safest. In most cases you can not inspect the property before you buy it. Third- Buying once the bank has taken the property back. Now is a good time to buy bank foreclosures for the smart and brave buyers. Prices are lower than they have been in a long time. Interest rates are also very low. The savy investors are getting properties to hold until the market turns. How long will this home buying opportunity last, only time will tell.
