Don't rely on your LLC for asset protection. Don't count on a corporation ether. Don't lose your assets, when they could be protected.
Most LLCs, partnerships, and corporations are found invalid when challenged in court.

Asset Protection and Estate Planning are more important than most people think. In fact, thousands of people have lost some or all of their assets because they believed their LLC would protect them.
If an individual is negligent, an LLC is NOT going to protect them; however, a trust can protect their asset from liability.

Rhonda Johnson did just that in 1987.
Johnson alleged that her neighbor "willfully, intentionally and maliciously" cut her hair without her consent, in Broward Country FL civil court.
