Don't rely on your LLC for asset protection. Don't count on a corporation ether. Don't lose your assets, when they could be protected.
Most LLCs, partnerships, and corporations are found invalid when challenged in court.

Asset Protection and Estate Planning are more important than most people think. In fact, thousands of people have lost some or all of their assets because they believed their LLC would protect them.
If an individual is negligent, an LLC is NOT going to protect them; however, a trust can protect their asset from liability.

Can you imagine suing your neighbor over a haircut?
Rhonda Johnson did just that in 1987.
Johnson alleged that her neighbor "willfully, intentionally and maliciously" cut her hair without her consent, in Broward Country FL civil court.

Why do people insist on posting non-related replies to a blog? I have received responses from my blogs that ranged from selling makeup to selling oil painting services and just wonder if this is a problem that other people have.
