A Couple years ago, Nobel Prizes were awarded for Science. One of the recipients received it for digitizing light. This new amazing discovery has changed our lives in so many ways. It brought about the digital camera and made real estate estate easy and pleasant for the consumer to discover on the Internet.
This original photo was enhanced with a little color saturation and daylight brightening and is an example of how digital photography has been better utilized in the real estate industry.

VREBC was a happening event, hosted by the Real Estate Tomato's founder and principle, Jim Cronin. The event was attended by over 4000 registrants and I am certain there was no one in attendance that was disappointed.
The on-line all day course was divided into 4 different on-line rooms with a new presentation each hour. Each presentation was 45 minutes long and each room had a link to a separate room set up on Facebook where immediately following the presentation,the presenter could receive and answer questions on the fly from attendees.

I find it fascinating and a more than bit irritating trying to reach agents with offers or inquiries to even be able to write them. They don’t seem to return phone calls nor do they respond to even having received offers. There are a few agents that seem to be able to get away with Bankers hours. Nor do they work weekends. Literally! Yesterday, A new young couple of Morning doves were testing out several of my planters for their new nest. I have experienced this before and this time I was ready. I would rather not have them moving in on my Fuscias (because they require lots of watering) so I had prepared an unused planter with nesting materials and removed the Fuscia plant they had decided would be their nest to bring their little ones into the world.

The article starts off with comments by Larry Cragun author of the blog, “Real Estate Undressed” in an article about the new wave growing, real estate agent blogging. “ There is a new wave growing and we believe you will eventually only use an agent that Blogs. Why? Because ……if they blog about a community, they must know it and you will also learn about them as they blog”.

Sorry for the long title but it says exactly what I mean. If you are a blogger with say fifty to hundred blog posts, you are most likely a changed person.

Think about how much reading and commenting you do. Think about the hours and hours of looking up things ( we call that research). You are learning many new things with different perspectives, perhaps at a more accelerated pace than ever in your lives.

The California Association of REALTORS standard forms agreement provides for exclusive representation when working with a buyer. It clearly identifies the scope of responsibility for the agent. When a buyer is looking to secure property in California, it is my firm belief that they should always opt for an exclusive arrangement with their chosen REALTOR professional.

I delegate my time in 12 categories. The last one is a catch all for anything. Would your life be materially different if your business life were different? Would being a REALTOR and working an 8 hour days ( instead of 12 to 14) and 5 day weeks ( instead of 6 or 7) provide you with all the success you want and need? It can! But it will require a major paradigm shift in your thinking.

At an exclusive project in San Diego County, the developer finds a wealthy market for the Resort Home Buyer. He is offering completley furnished mansions ( up to 23,000 sq ft) that will set you back up to a cool 20 million.
