Hope you’re having a great week so far. This past Friday, The Whalen Team was able to head out to Leland and take a look at a new home development I told you about last week called The Bluffs on the Cape Fear, where they held a Realtor luncheon and open house for a few of the models.

Hope you’re week is going great so far. Today marked the start of the school year for traditional schedule students here in New Hanover County, so PLEASE make sure to keep your eyes open on the roads out there for school zones and bus stops!

A quick neighborhood showcase update for you today – just one neighborhood! Today I’m featuring a small community of homes over in the Masonboro area of Wilmington called Scottsdale, which is located just off Navaho Trail at Barksdale Rd (west of Masonboro Loop Rd). I’ve got several friends that live in the neighborhood, and it occurred to me I had not featured it yet!
The neighborhood is districted to Parsley Elementary, Myrtle Grove Middle, and Hoggard High Schools, and as of this posting there are currently two homes for sale. Check it out!

On Tuesday, The Whalen Team headed out to a Realtor luncheon held by McKee Homes and H&H Homes out at The Sanctuary at Hanover Reserve here in Wilmington as a way to let us know about the great new community they’re building out on the north east side of Wilmington.
