New Ways To View Homes During Covid-19 Lockdown Orders
Today, I want to talk about how to visit homes that are for sale when we have shelter-in-place orders from the government or the seller has set strict  visit limitations or maybe is not even allowing showings.

I’m talking to you in late April of 2020 from Orange County California where we are designated an essential service and still able to conduct business, although under several restrictions.

Your area of the country may have different rules so it's best to follow the recommendations of local government and the Board of Realtors.

So, this is definitely a … (8 comments)

How I Create My Real Estate Videos
Making real estate videos and creating a YouTube channel has become one of my marketing methods to get my message to people who are considering moving into my area or are already home owners and are contemplating selling their home. I'll spell out the actual process that I use and then follow that with an equipment list that will get you started.
Start with a topic
Before I do any actual video work, I begin my work by doing topic research. By using Google and TubeBuddy, I search for keywords that many people are looking for. Once … (4 comments)

video: My First YouTube LIVE Video - 04/05/18 11:19 PM
We know that video is becoming the preferred medium for social media so I have been stretching my boundries in all directions and on different platforms. I have done several Live Facebook "chats" where I'm just talking to my audience and have been experimenting with Instagram Stories to get a feel. IG has been more of a challange because there seems to be a lot of highly polished, trendy people with lots of experience.
I have found that I am better with the live formats of Facebook and now YouTube so I'm moving in that direction for the near future.

video: Microsoft Trying Too Hard? - 11/20/09 09:42 AM
Earlier this week, employees of the newest Microsoft Store, located in Mission Viejo, CA were video taped performing a group "line dance" in an effort to show folks that it's really fun to come into their new store.  I'm not sure that dancing the Electric Slide will help sell their software but from the looks of the patrons, many seems a bit bewildered.
As of today, Nov 20, 2009, the video has just over 500,000 views so it has gone viral, but I'm not sure the message it protrays is helping Microsoft.
What do you think?

video: Century 21 Updated Website - 11/05/09 11:47 AM
This video is a good place to start to understand the capabilities of Century 21's updated web site including tools to search for homes, help with selling your home, international buyers and sellers, map searching, open house tours with mapping and a connection to the C21 mobile phone site connected to GPS! After you have viewed the video, jump over to the site at www.centuty21.com. Look around a bit and send me some feed back. I'd like to know if you found the site helpful, easy to navigate, etc. (not that I can do much because it is a corporate site, … (0 comments)

Author Bio: After many years of working in the sales business, I have chosen to dedicate my career to the real estate industry. In more casual terms, I have decided to build my business around helping people fulfill their dreams of home ownership with a very personal touch. Unlike many in this industry who "got their license to play around in real estate", I am committed to giving 100% to each and every customer. Buying or selling your home is a complicated process that requires the knowledge, skills and effort that a part time agent cannot provide. Whether you are buying your first home, moving up because of a growing family, relocating due to a job transfer, seeking that dream estate on the golf course or downsizing in the golden years, I believe it is my obligation to treat everyone with honor and respect and with the highest degree of service and professionalism. Feel free to call me to discuss your real estate needs. I promise that I will take good care of you.
