Today, the Springfield, Mo Health Department announced that all Restaurant Health Inspections would be made public. Springfield, Mo is well known for our abundance of dining establishments as well as the expected wait list for most restaurants on Friday and Saturday nights. The Health Department also have released the Suspended Permits. I have checked all my favorite resturants and have discovered that most will remain my favorites. Although, some violations are rated critical, many issues are fixed immediately and noted by the health inspector. Love the 4 seasons, Summer being my favorite. I love the gorgeouos mountains, the calmness of Table Rock Lake, the festivies of the little towns around, the persuit of education with so many colleges and universities, and KC and St. Louis being only 3 hours away.
