Preserve at Riversedge is nestled on the quiet part of Palmetto avenue and is sitting on the canal between the Preserve and the Open water of Intacoastal Waterway. Built as an apartment complex in 1986 it was converted in the condo in 2005 and was sold in 2005 - 2006. In this market if you do not diversify, you may easily find your self in trouble. There is no surprise that many agents turned to property management, something we did not want to touch a few years ago. We started from doing it for some of our clients who bought condos in the area, and needed to rent them until they retire and come, or until they decide to sell.
