To Everyone who has been following my Blog !

We have been talking about Pricing Correctly !!! OK I just had an offer on another one of my listings only on the market 25 days! Who knows if we will come to a meeting of the minds but it was a good offer.  My other listing from last week is out of attorney review and has 2 back up offers. I hope this keeps up!!!

I will keep u posted. So pricing right SELLS!!!!

My newest listing got 6 offers the first day on the market, but it turned out not to be a "short sale" and then we seemed to lose a lot of buyers who still wanted to "low ball" the listing.  I personally never had 6 offers on any property on the first day of the market.  I learned what the buyers want in my market in a hurry.  Good Luck and I hope this keeps up too!  Catherine Kierzek, Re/Max Realty 100-Milwaukee

You are so right!  Consumers know what is on the market and they know when a property is priced right and they jump on it.  I hope you have a great week-end and sell another one.

Rosemarie - That is so true. When the home is priced right it will sell. The one think in my area is that people owe to much to get it priced right.

Hi Robert,

In my area we have the same problem. If the seller has a reason to sell then you will have to do a short sale. My girlfriend was selling one of her properties short . Lot's less then she paid for it and was going to have to bring a check to closing but she did not need bank approvals.  She decided to rent instead. She did not have to sell.

Some people will have to sell regardless of the market and hopefully u will get the ones that will not have to get bank approvals.

Buyers love short sales! Seems they come out of the wood work for them.

Good Luck!
