Hello AR! It's been awhile. As most of you know I've been busy with school and maintaining everything at the office. Most you know I've been tossing up the issue of putting my license on hold or not. Well I meet with another company that's offer was pretty darn good. I mean we all looking for ways to cut back on expenses and still make a profit in this market. Well I spoke with another company that will pay offices fees, top producer programs, and continuing education. If I choose to put my license up. I pay a yearly cost and the continue ed is paid for? To me it sounded too good. Though, the leader told me he wanted to see me succeed in 90 days. The commission structure is different but that's not my concern right now. I know I will make money. Though school being my focus and real estate as well. I believe this company will be fitting for my situation...as far as expenses goes. So this afternoon I will have my mind made up. Though I met a lot good people here in my office filled with knowledge and always helpful. I have a thing for loyalty. Though I have to look at what's best for me and my situation. This keeps me in the business and I can focus on my academia.
Never really thought about leaving this company. Maybe one day I be back better equipped. Who knows. Lastly, I mentioned in twitter I will make some changes and what's funny I was on a plane back from Philadelphia reading the Dip from Seth Godin. I guess I have to win to quick strategically.
