Growth Leader leads have slowed a bit in the last two weeks. I am starting my ninth week using the Growth Leader system and my two referrals are close to writing offers. According to the performance evaluator I have 210 active and subscribed prospects in the system. (My count is higher for total leads into the system but the evaluator might not be counting the bogus and double entered leads.)
My current drill down is as follows:
- 237 Total Leads
- 1 Retry (Came in during the last 3 days...waiting to see if they come back)
- 20 Active (Currently using the site and/or communicating with me directly.)
- 193 Inactive (Signed up and have not returned to the site for over a week.)
- 23 Trash (Bogus information, have agent, asked to be removed, double entry)
Of these leads I have been able to refer 2 to another agent who works in Minneapolis and she is actively working with these buyers. I referred a third Minneapolis lead to different agent who dropped the ball and now that buyer is working with someone else. Of the 20 active leads I am in communication with 3 potential buyers but all have some credit issues so time will tell if they are worthwhile. As noted previously, very few people are coming into www.servingBlaine.com looking to buy a home in Blaine. Most prospects still are looking out of my area in Minneapolis or its suburbs.
Another thing is that I do receive lots of calls and emails from other agents interested in the Growth Leader and Vision products. I do believe this is a good system. It would be a GREAT system for me if the leads were all directed toward my area. People in areas where their zip codes don't overlap with a big metropolitan area will have better success with the program. There are lots of leads coming in and if they were really targeted for my area, the program would be a great success.
