What are some Real Estate companies thinking? I have been trying to set 6 showings since Wednesday. Let me say that a different way, 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE SHOWINGS. 2 were confirmed within an hour. The other 4 showings on the homes I left a message even though it was during business hours. I did not hear back from ANY of the companies or the listing agents Wednesday, still nothing Thursday, here it is Friday a few hours before the showings and I have now made 3 rounds of calls to these other 4 Real Estate companies AND the listing agents with no results. NOTHING. I have only been able to leave messages, not a single one has answered the phone or returned a message left.
It is a shame what is happening to these sellers. I will end up probably not showing a few of these homes to my buyers, who ARE buyers. It is not the sellers fault, but they will be the ones to suffer. It makes me wonder how many other showings are not occurring on these homes and other homes listed by these Realtors and these Real Estate companies. It would probably be a good idea for ALL sellers to attempt to set up a showing their own home and see the results, or lack thereof.
Do I sound frustrated? I am. Off to make another round of phone calls to these ridiculous companies and their terrible agents.
