"Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work."

-Thomas Edison

It's been an incredibly busy week, so I have to remind myself that the fundamentals of this job can't go by the wayside. Called a client and friend the other day that I know is probably going to have to do a short sale. She was so appreciative that we've stayed in touch and are trying to get her through this crisis.

I think there are a lot of homeowners out there that have been abandoned or are being made to feel like second class citizens by their lender. We need to be there for them in the good and not so good times...

Hi Lynn,

I think you make a very valid point about homeowners being made to feel like second class citizens. And I believe that the companies and people who help them through are the ones that are going to come out on top when all is said and done. By the way, I love the quote by Edison. Thank you for sharing.

Lynn, I couldn't agree with you more...there are many homeowners in trouble who don't know where to go and can't seem to get answers.  We need to be the ones who help them through, whether we benefit or not.

I love the Edison quote...  and people who fail to realize that opportunities don't come from good luck.  Back to basics and going with the fundamentals are the keys to success.
