Hi Pat, You are a listing machine. Your new listing in the other post is certainly a nice parcel. For the price , it seems like such a real bargin. This acerage of the lots and prices would be untouchable in California. That is, if there was even a piece of buildable land anywhere near anything. Even BAJA would be about a dozen times more expensive.
