So I am in the process of developing my website and am attempting to come up with catchy verb age to describe the services I offer. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Wording for Real Estate Home Staging Page:

Curb Appeal Home Staging (Free In Home Estimates)
•    Your home may have what it takes on the inside to sell but if your outside is not in great shape it will be difficult to get buyers in the door. From the front yard to the back 40 we can develop a plan that is sure to make your house the hottest item on the block with out breaking the bank.

Vacant Home Staging (Free In Home Estimates)
•    Design an Interior and Exterior Floor Plan for the entire home.
•    Make recommendation of necessary preparations before staging. (i.e. paint, carpet cleaning, landscape design, ect.)
•    Bring in quality furniture to implement the plan
•    Take photos and upload them to our Staged Homes® Website!
•    Remove the furniture once the home has sold!

Occupied Home Staging (Free In Home Estimates)
•    Design an Interior and Exterior Floor Plan for your entire home.
•    Provide you with a list of items to pre pack and remove prior to arrival.
•    Make recommendation of necessary preparations before staging. (i.e. paint, carpet cleaning, landscape design, ect.)
•    Come into your home and implement the plan, declutter the home, and add accessories to give your home that completed look.  
•    Take photos and upload them to our Staged Homes® Website!

Première Occupied Home Staging (Free In Home Estimates)
•    Don’t have time to prepack? Our première occupied home service will do all of the pre-packing for you. We will bring all of the supplies and labor so you don’t have to.

Stage to Live (Free In Home Estimates)
•    The biggest complaint we hear after we stage an occupied home is the seller no longer wants to sell it. Have no fear, once you find your future dream home we can come in and stage it as well.  Just ask us about our Stage to Live and Relocation Services today!  

Detailed Evaluation Reports
•    We come into your occupied home and prepare an outline everything that needs to be done for you to stage your home for open house. This report includes everything from the front porch to the back 40.This report is a minimum of 25 pages long and will be a complete blue print on how to stage your home. But unlike other staging companies our services do not stop there. Once your home is ready we will come in and reinspect it for no additional charge. Then we will certify it professionally staged and post it on our staged homes website!  

Touch Up Home Staging
•    Think your home has what it takes to be certified as staged? Why not get the advice of a professional? For a nominal set fee we will come in and make recommendations regarding your self staged home. Once our recommendations are implemented we will certify the home as Staged and place it on the StagedHomes.com website!

Linda--I like the idea of the touch up home staging.  Have you been doing these already and do you have much interest in it?  The key room home staging sounds catchy also. That is basically what I call 1/2 day staging.  Sounds like you mostly do the report and make the suggestions.  Do you do that more than the actual hands-on staging?  I like the wording on most everything.  You have captured it well.

I developed the idea of touch up home staging because most seasoned Realtors know how to stage.  So when a Realtor has a challenging client who is not "finding religion" some times its best to call in someone Divine to help guide them to the light :)

I actually do hands on staging. I have a small warehouse with enough furniture and accessories to stage 5 large homes. But my goal is to provide services that would fit everyone's budget. 

The average cost of staging here in the North San Francisco Bay area is $2800.00-$3200.00. Right now in the California economy that is a steep costs. Additionally, I have found the more information you give to a home owner the more likely they are to hire you. If anything for the mere fact that it gets overwhelming and since you where open with them they can trust you.
