I cultivated many "wrong" habits when I first got into the industry. Four and half years later, some habits die hard. Thanks for Jennifer Allan's Sell with Soul coaching, I truly blossom to be a new and more appropriately, better Realtor(R) for my clients.

One of Jennifer's tips for me was PREVIEWING. Like location, location, location is important to a real estate, preview, preview, preview is important in becoming the local market expert. See new homes that just come on the market, talk to builders and find out more about the new communities. Just as often as you prospect, you should include PREVIEW TIME to the formula of your success.

Since her coaching began, I have been previewing properties - not only for buyers and sellers. But for those I not yet serve. I become so much more knowledgeable about the communities I sell. Hence, when clients or potential clients call me, I sound CONFIDENT in the areas I work. I could speak with knowledge and I have my website to back up what I say and believe.

Another BENEFIT of PREVIEWING is the beauty of the content I could produce on my blogs and my websites. Potential clients search for information online and because of the wealth of information I provide of the Frisco TX Homes, eventually people stumble upon my sites. The only way I knew this is because they tell me that "I'm all over the place".

I enjoy photography. Hence, I have the opportunity to share them in my community photos and in my writings of my preview.

I have been previewing, previewing, previewing for 3 years and at least 2 - 3 times per week. With these previews, I also noticed that I show less properties to my clients because I know for a fact - if they wanted to be in a specific location, with a set budget and these features, I would know if it is a possibility or not. When I speak with authority, my clients know that I know my stuff. For those who feels if-fy, and still want to look at more usually end up not finding what they want. In short, it saves their time and in return, it saves mine as well because I dont have to show them a 100 homes for them to buy 1. Time is something very precious to me now that I have more clients to serve and a young son to care for.

Hence, for those who may want to start - try previewing. Then, write about your previews. Turn them into blog posts and your phone will ring.
