What a lovely home, Linda. The kitchen is gigantic compared to some of the galley kitchens in Sacramento. The landscaping is so green and lush -- huge yard, too. I imagine this will sell quickly for your seller as you've done a bang up job with your photos and marketing.

Elizabeth- thank you very much! I actually got a contract on it today! Sold in 5 days!. I did the staging for this too- told my seller what to do to get it ready and he worked hard to follow my instructions. As I told him tonight- it paid off for him.
