More high rises proposed for downtown St. Petersburg

Can you believe that 2 new towers are proposed for downtown St. Petersburg?  We already have an over-abundance of available condos in new projects!  This new development claims to have available over 500 condos, 230 hotel rooms and retail.  Hopefully, as the project won't be complete until 2010, our market will be on the up-swing!  (have to stay optomistic at all times!)
